  • For Junior Recruiters a minimum of (1) year of recent legal recruitment | talent acquisition experience recruiting for New York or major market based law firms

  • For Senior Recruiters or Managers a minimum of (5) five years of legal recruitment experience.

  • For Vice Presidents or National Vice Presidents a Minimum of (10) ten years of legal recruitment experience. 

  • The ability to communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner

  • Experience assessing the primary requirements and responsibilities in a job description and then utilizing that information to source and screen qualified candidates

  • Experience meeting and interviewing candidates to determine if their soft and hard skills are appropriate

  • The ability to work with a close-knit intimate group of legal recruiters who are motivated, successful, honorable, upbeat, friendly, conscientious and enjoy what they do serving the needs of respected law firms.
