Corporate Associate

The Organization: Large U.S. Based Multinational Law Firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Associate for a fast-paced Corporate law practice.
Salary is highly competitive based on experience.
Summary: Seeking a Corporate Associate to join the firm's successful Corporate practice. Qualified attorneys with experience advising clients on corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise public companies on disclosure and governance & exchange

Ensure SEC compliance

Work with diverse group of clients (emerging markets, long-standing public companies, investment banks, etc.)

Provide counsel to investment banking clients on emerging capital markets and IPOs

Prepare documents for public offerings

Draft and maintain regulatory filings for clients

Draft corporate agreements, as necessary, work closely with M&A team

Provide industry-specific legal advice on emerging markets, technology and Med-tech and related sciences
Qualifications:

J.D. with bar admission (preferred in California or New York)

4+ years of experience as a corporate associate, working with companies from startup phase to IPO
-
Experience with tech or life sciences is a plus

Outstanding academic achievement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
