Summary: Top-ranked multinational law firm is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to serve as an integral member of the Firm-wide Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development Department
Key Responsibilities:

Form relationships with attorneys and other staff in order to effectively serve as a resource for gauging their capacity and plans for professional development

Manage the staffing records and reporting within the various Corporate Practice groups

Spearhead management of data across multiple databases and keep track of various staffing projects, and other assignments.

Conduct various data reporting and data analysis to present to the Professional Development team, Partners and other teams within the Firm

Conduct various data audits to both maintain and improve the information housed within the system and flag any potential concerns or opportunities

Maintain and utilize data to promote innovation among associate development

Collaborate with the Attorney Development Management to staff, mentor, train and plan and implement various training and development initiatives

Understand the staffing needs within various practice areas as well as the overall business needs by attending various Corporate practice groups and additional subgroup meetings

Assist Corporate Talent and Staffing Manager by providing support as needed

Organize Corporate Practice training and development initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree required
-
2+ years of professional development or Corporate Paralegal experience
-
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
-
Microsoft Office proficiency is required
